This charming villa is located in an easy access spot to the beach, shops and restaurants, yet it is on a quite back road with an upstairs view of the volcanoes from the bedroom balcony of a private area in Seminyak near the Oberoi hotel. One is only a two-minute walk from a swimming beach and sunset views. The design of Villa Cottage Place really gives a Bali feeling with the grass roof and canopied walkway with sitting lounge and sky light over a lotus pond at the entrance. The open living area and dining area with kitchen are located in a separate structure facing the garden and swimming pool with fountain and a roof covered sitting pavilion- with mosquito net and night time lighting inside. At the left side of the property is the bedroom structure with complete air-conditioning inside all rooms and glass doors with the option of open or enclosed.
